Bachelor of Law from the University of Cambridge, Bachelor of Philosophy from Churchill College of Cambridge University, and Master of Law and Master of Economics from Erasmus University of the Netherlands. Prof. Holloway is currently an “Outstanding Youth Talent” at Xi’an Jiaotong University. He taught at the University of East Anglia, the University of Essex, and the University of Edinburgh. He was also an arbitrator with the London Court of International Arbitration and with the South China Court of International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
